Your privacy

In plain words. We keep this simple on purpose.

What we collect

Most of the app works with no login — your self-check results, plans, AI history and reminders are saved only on your phone. Some features do collect identifiable details, with your consent: the health-worker enrolment register (name, mobile, screening result), Health-Captain sign-up (name, WhatsApp number), account sign-up (email and phone), and the contact form. We never ask for Aadhaar.

Who can see your details

Identifiable details cannot be read from the public app. They are visible only to authorised programme staff who are logged in, and to the secure server. Your reminders and history stay on your own phone.

Your data is used only for Aarogyam 365 features

Self-checks, family plans and follow-up actions are used to show your plans, reminders and activity history. You can request deletion where applicable.

What officials see

Programme dashboards show aggregate counts only, such as users registered, plans created, activities completed and QR scans. Individual names, phone numbers and family details are not shown in public or ministerial dashboards.

Built under Indian law

Aarogyam 365 is designed to follow the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Where any data is stored, it is hosted within India. For users under 18, please use the app with a parent or guardian.

Not a medical diagnosis

Every tool here is for health awareness and action. It does not diagnose any condition. For health concerns, please consult your nearest Primary Health Centre (PHC) or a doctor.

If you need support
